Current realities mean that many of our teams are working remotely. For many people this is
brand new, and as remote work continues you may need to manage differently. This
interactive session--yes, we can be interactive on Zoom--will give you the opportunity to learn
best practices as well as hear what is working for others. There will be a chance to ask
questions, talk through challenges, and develop action steps for improving your remote
management skills.
