LEADERSHIP LAURENTIAN

The Laurentian Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce Leadership Laurentian, a brand-new leadership development program launching in October 2025. This immersive, nine-month experience is designed to cultivate personal leadership growth while exploring the challenges, opportunities, and future of the Iron Range.

Grounded in Justin Thompson’s 7 Pillars of Influence model, Leadership Laurentian equips participants with the tools to lead with character, courage, confidence, communication, culture, competence, and coaching. Each monthly session blends leadership training with real-world perspectives from across our region’s business, government, nonprofit, and community sectors.

• Business owners, managers, and civic leaders
• Emerging leaders and high-potential employees
• Those new to the Iron Range who want to build knowledge and connections

Sessions are held once a month from October 28, 2025 through June 2026.

COMMITMENT

Leadership Laurentian requires full participation in each monthly session. Please review your schedule before applying—only one absence is permitted.

INVESTMENT

The inaugural program rate is just $999 per participant.
This includes all course materials, assessments, meals, guest speakers, and facilitated sessions.
